We are excited to introduce you to “Straight Ahead,” the Omni American podcast adjacent to our Developmental Politics mission.

Greg Thomas, a senior fellow at the Institute for Cultural Evolution, and Aryeh Tepper host the podcast. Together, they are working to counter the illiberal forces on both the left and right by building a critical mass of people who aspire to become Omni-American.

By weaving in jazz terminology, they create metaphors that expand our consciousness. They dive into issues mainstream culture considers taboo and help us develop the subtlety needed to differentiate race from culture.

Their first guest is writer, podcaster, and musician Coleman Hughes, who also won the 2022 Omni-American Young Leaders Award.
